Terminates at the conclusion of the showing. If no showing takes place, it expires 14 calendar days after signing. This is the shortest clock on any form here.
A form for non-agency showings to prospective buyers of residential property, where the only act of brokerage you perform is showing the property.
It creates no representation, and it says so in plain type, so a buyer cannot later claim they believed otherwise. It is non-exclusive and covers a single address.
Use it when
- Someone wants to see one house and has not committed to you
- You are giving access, and nothing else
- You need to satisfy the written agreement requirement before a showing
Not for
- Giving advice or opinions of any kind
- Negotiating on the buyer's behalf
- An ongoing relationship. Move them to TXR 1501 or 1507 first.
