We built ExactCircle because we watched agents lose deals to missing paperwork.

Not to bad buyers. Not to better competitors. To forgotten end dates, to agreements no one could locate, to a sudden broker audit request at 4:55 on a Friday. Those losses are avoidable with a tool that does one specific job well.

In early 2026, we spent six weeks riding along with working agents in three states. We sat through showings. We watched them pull up agreements from six different places: Gmail, DocuSign, Dropbox, the MLS, a filing cabinet in the back office, and — in one memorable case — an iPhone photo roll.

The pattern was the same everywhere. The buyer side of the business runs on good intentions and sticky notes. Post-NAR settlement, that is no longer sustainable. Every agent touring a buyer needs a written agreement before the car door opens, and that agreement has a start date, an end date, and a compliance footprint.

ExactCircle is the tool we wished existed during those ride-alongs: a single dashboard that knows every agreement you have open, a reminder system that emails before the end date instead of after, and a vault that hands your broker a clean PDF in ten seconds.

We're a small team. We answer our own support emails. If you find a gap, tell us — we'll probably ship a fix the same week.

We refuse feature creep. Every addition must pass the question: does this help an agent keep a deal they would otherwise lose? If not, we don't build it.

Post-NAR settlement, real estate runs on paper trails. Everything we build reinforces provable, exportable compliance — not vague 'peace of mind' marketing.

Agent-first pricing

No per-agreement fees. No seat gouging. The solo agent running their own shop pays a price that always feels fair on the day commission clears.

Ship, measure, fix

Our release cadence is weekly. If you report a broken flow on Monday, there is a very good chance it is fixed by Friday.
