You add them from your Team page and the seat is billed automatically at $19.80/month, prorated for the rest of the period. There is no sales call and no waiting on us. Remove an agent and the seat comes off your next invoice. Your bill is always $99 for the first 5 agents, plus $19.80 for each one beyond that.

You can export every agreement and its activity log to PDF or CSV before canceling. Canceled accounts are retained for 30 days (to allow reactivation) and then permanently deleted.

All PDFs are stored in a private, encrypted bucket. Access uses short-lived signed URLs. We enforce row-level isolation at the database layer so agents only ever see their own data. See our Security page for details.
