Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days on Solo or Team, no credit card required. Add a card at the end of the trial to continue.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export every agreement and its activity log to PDF or CSV before canceling. Cancelled accounts are retained for 30 days (to allow reactivation) and then permanently deleted.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes — 2 months free when you pay annually. Contact sales to switch an existing subscription to annual.
Is my data secure?+
All PDFs are stored in a private, encrypted bucket. Access uses short-lived signed URLs. We enforce row-level isolation at the database layer so agents only ever see their own data. See our Security page for details.
Can I use ExactCircle for Listing Agreements or Seller Agreements?+
Today, ExactCircle is focused on Buyer Representation Agreements. Listing-side support is on our roadmap — reach out if that's a dealbreaker and we'll prioritize.
How are reminders sent?+
Email via Resend, once per day via a scheduled cron. Reminders are idempotent — the same 7-day/3-day/same-day notice is never sent twice for the same agreement.
